Logic

It analyzes the user's text against a set of predefined clinical red flags for pregnancy and diabetes.

• Symptoms: Bleeding, contractions, severe headache, blurred vision, dizziness.
• Behavior: Non-adherence to insulin, expressing self-harm.

Action

If a match is found with high confidence: 1. Tag: The conversation is tagged as EMERGENCY. 2. Escalate: A notification is sent to the EHR backend. 3. Response: The user is advised to seek help immediately (depending on severity configuration).

False Negatives

While robust, the system advises patients in the welcome message that it is a bot and they should go to the hospital if they feel unsure, regardless of the bot's silence.
