Patients interact with the system via standard WhatsApp. This guide explains the patient experience.

Onboarding

Once registered by the clinician, the patient receives a welcome message.

Features

Patients can ask questions like:

"What should I eat for breakfast?"

The AI responds with approved dietary guidelines.

Patients can log data:

"My blood sugar is 6.5"

The system records this in the database.

Patients can send audio messages in English or Twi. The system transcribes them and responds in text (or audio, if configured).

Limitations

The bot performs a "hand-off" if it cannot understand or if the query is strictly medical and urgent.

"Please contact your doctor directly for this severe pain."
